NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 8 (the “District” or “MUD 8”) of Montgomery County, Texas will meet in special session, open to the public, on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2021, at 9:00 A.M, at the Walden Community Improvement Maintenance Building, 11800 Walden Road, Montgomery, Texas 77356, at which meeting the following items will be considered:

1. Convene into Executive Session for the purposes of conducting a security inspection of the Wastewater Treatment Plant pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076; and

2. Reconvene in Open Session.
