The Waste Water Treatment Plant phase 2 is now operational.

This has been a major expansion and replacement of 45 year old equipment. The effluent now from the new plant meets meets the new Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) permit requirements. The contractor is completing the work and should be demobilizing by mid December.
