In the event of a serious problem, such as water leaks, sewer odor, discolored water, open manhole, lift station alarms, etc., please call our operator, Hays Utility Services at (936) 588-1166. Their general office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. After hours an answering service will alert the on-duty personnel.
